How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Supervises the training plan of the drivers
a. Assesses each individual’s training needs, establishes training plan for the drivers
b. Keeps the drivers’ training files (quality system, technical training, driver’s permit, etc.) along with the drivers’ qualifications charts for audit purposes up to date.
c. Keeps a list of the expiry dates for the various qualifications and requirements up to date.


2. Coordinates the implementation and performs training plans
a. Delivers the training described in the local quality instructions to new drivers and re-certifies currently employed drivers.
b. Supervises cryogenic training on the road.
c. Ensures training compliance to the safety policies and measures, operating procedures, dangerous materials, and ISO quality standards.


3. Oversees transport quality and communicates to Quality Manager
a. Completes the non-compliance and customer claim forms linked to drivers behavior.
b. Conducts quality audits with drivers at customers facilities.
c. Prepares, tracks and compiles the results of the anomaly hunt for the customer facilities and ensures a follow-up of repairs.
d. Visits the customers to analyze delivery problems (assess conditions,..) and proposes solutions
e. Monitor drivers' day-to-day driving behaviour


4. Implements safety policy for drivers and reports to Project Distribution Manager.
a. Implements the safety action plan developed by the Project Distribution Manager.
b. Facilitates and conducts meetings for the drivers and prepares complete reports on these meetings, including reporting in monthly periodic meeting to higher management
c. Reviews traffic accidents with the Project Distribution Manager of the distribution center.
d. Helps the Transport Manager in the coordination of emergency situations.
e. Takes part in various training sessions concerning emergency interventions and intervenes when required.
f. Ensure operation compliance to industrial management system (IMS).

Are you a MATCH?

  • Hold a current and valid Class E driving license.

  • Have at least 10 years of experience driving Class E vehicles.

  • Demonstrate the ability to safely operate vehicles over long distances.

  • Exhibit a strong customer orientation and commitment to providing excellent service.

  • Experienced in monitoring and assess drivers' behaviour

  • Certified trainer is an added advantage
