What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain accurate vendor and material master data across SAP, Ariba, MDG, and related systems.

  • Conduct data audits, resolve quality issues, and uphold governance standards.

  • Support Source‑to‑Pay processes by ensuring master data enables purchasing, invoicing, and automation.

  • Troubleshoot data‑related issues and collaborate with Procurement, AP, BSC, Finance, and IT.

  • Review vendor onboarding submissions and ensure documentation, classifications, and attributes are properly maintained.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relative experience may be substituted for a degree.

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, master data, supply chain, or ERP support.

  • Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or MDG, along with strong Excel skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions while maintaining accuracy.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment and involves regular collaboration with cross‑functional teams supporting procurement and financial operations. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
