About This Job
As Marketing Transformation & AI Enablement Lead within our AI-Driven Customer Engagement (AICE) team, you'll play a key part in transforming how Sanofi goes to market by helping turn new ways of working into something practical and usable.
You'll work closely with markets, brands, and cross-functional teams to embed change in day-to-day execution, supporting the adoption of new tools and capabilities (including AI) while ensuring teams feel confident applying them in their work.
This role is about translating transformation into action—simplifying complexity, supporting change adoption, and making modern, data-driven marketing approaches intuitive, scalable, and easy to apply across our global organization. Ready to get started?
Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide. In General Medicines, you’ll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology - with the scale and urgency patients deserve.
About Sanofi:
We’re an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth. Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.
Main Responsibilities
Support the rollout of new marketing processes, tools, and frameworks, helping teams move from strategy to day-to-day execution
Work closely with marketing teams across markets and brands to embed new ways of working, removing barriers and reducing friction along the way
Drive adoption of new capabilities — including AI-powered tools — by providing hands-on guidance and ensuring they are used consistently, not just introduced
Translate complex concepts and strategies into clear, practical guidance, playbooks, and frameworks that are easy to understand and apply
Support the upskilling of marketing teams, helping people build confidence in using data, AI, and modern activation approaches
Gather feedback from teams and markets to identify what's working and where additional support is needed, contributing to continuous improvement
Act as a connector between strategy, digital capabilities, and real-world execution, collaborating with both internal and external partners
About You
Experience:
Hands-on experience in modern marketing environments such as agencies, digital marketing, or similar execution-focused roles
Background in content creation, paid media, or data-driven marketing with a strong understanding of how these elements work together
Experience supporting change initiatives, transformation programs, or helping teams adopt new capabilities and ways of working
Experience working in pharma or other regulated industries where compliance and rigor are essential
Soft and Technical Skills:
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, practical guidance that teams can easily understand and apply
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across different teams, functions, and stakeholder groups
Practical and action-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to simplify complexity rather than add to it
Languages:
English proficiency required for working with global teams and stakeholders
