 We seek a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team with experience/exposure to Gen AI services, optimize CRM workflows, and review consumer login and registration journeys.  

What You’ll Do For Us:

  • Develop and review consumer login and registration journeys

  • Develop and review consumer profiles to support progressive profile capability for The Coca-Cola Company's customer data platform

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Assist in managing CRM platforms to improve customer engagement and retention.

    • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for enhancement.

    • Support the team in automating workflows and maintaining data integrity.

  • Consumer Journey Review

    • Conduct audits of consumer login and registration journeys to identify pain points and recommend improvements.

    • Ensure user journeys are intuitive, secure, and aligned with best practices.

    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement feedback and monitor impact.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRM journeys align with business requirements.

    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

  • Reporting and Documentation

    • Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.

    • Maintain documentation on CRM workflows, and consumer journey updates.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.

  • Experience/Exposure with AI content generation tools  

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
