Relocation: No relocation assistance is available. Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the position location, or relocate at their own expense.

Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $21-$23/hour.

The Haleon Canada Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Summer Student to join our team and assist with a variety of marketing initiatives. Job Purpose:

As a Marketing summer student, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Expert team as well as our Consumer Insights & Analytics team, and you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects within both teams.

With the Expert team, you will be involved in supporting our various marketing and sales initiatives, primarily focusing on our Haleon HealthPartner (HHP) website. You will help execute and update new content on HHP, execute marketing campaigns, email campaigns, help manage and further develop our social media channels, and work with our design team to creatively engage with our customers.

With the Consumer Insights & Analytics team, you’ll contribute to high‑impact analytics projects – diving into category and brand performance reporting and analysis, integrating a major eCommerce retailer data, and supporting consumer panel harmonization project.

The ideal candidate should be an organized self-starter with excellent communication and digital skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

 Key Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR Marketing career. These responsibilities include some of the following…

  • Assist with the management and maintenance of the Haleon HealthPartner website, including content updates, troubleshooting, and optimizing customer journey.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop our social media channels and assist in content creation that engages our customers.
  • Work with design teams to help develop engaging content for Haleon HealthPartner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing/operations leads for the Salesforce CRM database.
  • Work with our Digital Marketing team to analyse website traffic and user behaviour, and provide insights to improve our digital marketing efforts
  • Assist Category/brand performance analytics using NielsenIQ platform, and support maintenance of clear, actionable reporting in Power BI
  • Work with our eCommerce team on a project to integrate a key retailer performance data into existing enterprise data model
  • Work with our panel vendor to harmonize consumer behaviour data

 Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Enrolled for Fall 2026 semester in Business or Science.
  • Basic marketing knowledge and enthusiasm for digital marketing and social media.
  • Ability to champion initiatives from start-to-finish
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think both analytically and creatively
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong Excel skills, with comfort in using formulas and pivot tables

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Exposure to Power BI; comfortable navigating dashboards or working with simple reports; and/or familiarity with relational database concepts
  • Marketing Analytics courses completed or related academic exposure
