Job Summary

This role supports the execution of key marketing and communications initiatives within ACA, Medicare and Medicaid Marketing (Consumer Markets) with a focus on the agent and sales channel. The ideal candidate is experienced in marketing execution and project management and thrives in an environment that values agility, continuous learning and strong teamwork. Experience supporting tactics such as sales materials, agent communications, web updates, email marketing, content governance and events will help this individual succeed. The role contributes to marketing strategies and content that enables our agent and sales teams for success.  

Essential Functions

  • Support the implementation of marketing and communications strategies, initiatives and campaigns for the agent and sales channel 
  • Project manage key initiatives with strong attention to detail 
  • Develop and produce marketing materials while meeting quality standards, deadlines and budgets 
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects and collaborate with partners across Consumer Markets Marketing, Sales and other areas of the organization 
  • Support marketing execution across content creation, sales enablement materials, agent communications, web updates and event support 
  • Contribute to content governance by helping maintain accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand and compliance requirements 
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills 
  • Take projects from start to finish while working independently or on a project team 
  • Anticipate challenges, provide timely updates and proactively problem solve 
  • Manage day to day tasks such as updating documents, creating marketing materials and tracking project progress 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field 
  • Skills and experience typically gained through 2 or more years in marketing or a related role 

Preferred

  • Strong cross functional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and internal partners 
  • Experience in project management 
  • Experience in marketing, content creation, sales enablement or a related field
