What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Collaborate with creative, content, communication, and digital marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Track campaign execution, communicate next steps, and manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee payment processes for supplier/partner activities, funding, and budgets using Arrow systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in marketing projects, including internal teams and external vendors.
Create and maintain project documentation, including briefs, proposals, status reports, and presentations.
Measure and report on project performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in marketing and project management, applying best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Ensure active campaign trackers are updated with relevant project information.
Develop and execute marketing plans for new models, focusing on brand alignment and local field activities.
Collaborate with local teams in North America to review budgets and implement Citrix Cloud solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B technology marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and business plan development.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Experience working in the North American market, with a willingness to travel as needed (visa required).
Knowledge of budget review processes and supplier/partner funding management.
Ability to stay current with marketing trends and apply innovative strategies to projects.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home
