市场职责
- 负责 IGS与 OEC产品线的区域市场策略落地,包括年度市场计划、重点项目推进及品牌曝光提升。
- 策划并执行区域市场活动,如学术会议、科室会、路演、展会及数字化推广活动,确保活动与品牌定位一致并有效触达目标客户。
- 负责区域市场内容建设,包括产品卖点提炼、宣传物料制作(PPT、手册、视频脚本、数字内容等),提升产品价值传递效率。
- 深入分析区域市场趋势、客户需求与竞品动态,形成洞察报告,为产品策略、销售策略及市场投入提供依据。
- 建立并维护区域 KOL 网络,推动专家合作、示范中心项目及重点医院市场活动的执行。
- 与销售团队协作,提供市场工具包、竞争分析、案例内容等支持,提升销售转化效率。
- 跟踪市场活动效果,进行数据分析、ROI 评估与复盘,持续优化市场资源配置。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、生物医学工程、医学、护理等相关专业优先。
- 3 年以上医疗器械或医药行业市场相关经验;有影像设备、手术室设备或外科相关经验者优先。
- 具备扎实的市场活动策划与执行能力,能够独立推进多项市场项目。
- 具备良好的内容策划与制作能力,熟练使用办公软件,能将复杂技术信息转化为清晰的市场语言。
- 具备较强的市场洞察力、数据分析能力与项目管理能力。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力,能与销售、医学、KOL、医院多方高效协作。
- 具备良好的合规意识,熟悉医疗器械行业相关法规要求。
- 能适应一定频率的出差。
