Major Duties:

  • Serves as the focal point of the World Wide Web (www) for the social networking (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Bebo, etc.) and marketing of services and programs.
  • Works closely with supervisor, higher level managers and officials, marketing staff, and information technology specialists in applying and implementing electronic (e-commerce) initiatives for the purpose of marketing programs and services on-line.
  • Applies marketing concepts and knowledge as well as knowledge of current social trends and technology advancements to the internet.
  • Provides advice to decision makers in setting goals and establishing priorities to support the organizational mission.
  • Ensures that all content displayed is fully accessible and conforms to higher level and regulatory requirements.

Must be able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and specific tasks. Must have strong communication skills. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Experience in the Hospitality industry.
