1 Tracking existing product performance, supporting the analysis of sales and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
2 Study market trend and understand consumer needs for product optimization and NPD innovation.
3 Be able to independently explore product selling points and formulate product go-to-market strategies.
Digital
1 Execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple channels (Red/TikTok/Wechat/Weibo…) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
2 Control and output the product tone and main visuals, including product key visuals, social content, and store merchandising to achieve business conversion while building brand awareness.
3 Analyze competitors’ latest seeding activities on various platforms, summarize best practices to learn and optimization.
Requirements
1. Punctuality with plan, good communication skills with cross-functions.
2. At least 3-yr working experience in marketing.
