- Conducts preliminary project evaluation meetings with MACU project sponsors to discover, document and track tasks related to projects.
- Serves as point of contact for MACU stakeholders during the project.
- Consults with marketing resources to capture project tasks and creates detailed task oriented and milestone driven project plans tracking progress of all tasks within the plans.
- Architects project plans showing stakeholders, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Assesses projects to determine which areas of the Marketing department are needed and brings all parties into the planning process.
- Reports ongoing status of projects.
- Adheres to industry best practice standards for project management.
- Develops and nurtures strong collaborative working relationships with MACU project sponsors and Marketing personnel.
- Serves as Workfront system administrator, ensuring optimal configuration, user management, and workflow automation; prior experience as a Workfront Admin is mandatory.
- Designs, develops, and successfully launches Workfront Fusion modules to automate and integrate marketing processes; experience with Workfront Fusion is highly desirable.
- Applies technical expertise enhancing project management solutions, including coordinating API implementation, writing Workfront text mode code, strong technical skills are a strong differentiator.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Education and Experience
- Five or more years of similar or related experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Operational experience, preferably in a credit union, to evaluate the project’s potential success from a business and systems standpoint
- Project management experience in a marketing-related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate preferred
