As our Marketing Professional, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing activities that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales performance. You will collaborate closely with distributor partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, market‑relevant initiatives.
🎯 Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy
Build and optimize marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market and aligned with business goals.
Drive awareness, conversion, and retention activities to support overall sales growth.
🤝 Support Distributor Partners
Equip and train distributor partners to improve their end‑user engagement.
Run local campaigns and account‑based marketing initiatives that strengthen channel performance.
🎪 Plan & Deliver Events
Lead the organization of product launches, seminars, trade shows, workshops, and other events.
Ensure a strong, professional, and impactful brand presence at every event.
📈 Drive Lead Generation & Conversion
Execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
Apply CRM, Power BI, A/B testing, and other tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
📊 Grow Market Share
Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
🤝 Support Sales Collaboration
Partner closely with the sales team to deliver marketing content, insights, and campaign support.
Ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales priorities.
🧠 What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally within the Indian market.
Experience working with distributors or channel partners.
Strong event planning and execution skills.
Expertise in lead generation, CRM tools, Power BI, and conversion optimization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
