You will be working in a strategic marketing role at one of the world’s Top 100 brands. TD Marketing is consistently recognized in the industry; having won multiple campaign awards across categories including Sponsorship, Direct Marketing, Advertising, and Digital Marketing.
The Integrated Marketing Planning team partners with our business units, channels and marketing specialists to design world-class marketing strategies and campaigns that drive shareholder value and customer loyalty. We are customer-led growth engineers that integrate the art of creative marketing with the science of analytics marketing to enrich our customers’ lives by exceeding their needs and expectations.
Our team acts as leaders on all aspects of marketing, influencing the business strategy, while ensuring TD brand is protected and delivered in the customer experience.
The Credit Cards Loyalty Intern role is part of the Integrated Marketing Planning Team within Marketing and will report into the Manager of Loyalty Partnerships, Credit Cards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This 4-month summer opportunity provides exposure to multiple areas of TD Marketing, including Integrated Marketing Planning, Customer Loyalty and Partnerships, Customer Insights & Analytics, Global Brand, Marketing Communications, and Customer Experience.
The intern will support integrated marketing initiatives that span customer communications across owned and paid channels. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the intern will gain exposure to how marketing strategies are developed, measured, and optimized to drive both customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support integrated marketing planning initiatives that span multiple businesses, channels, and customer touchpoints
Help synthesize insights from data, research, and stakeholder input into clear, concise summaries and presentations
Assist with research and analysis related to customer behaviour, marketing effectiveness, and emerging trends
Gather and assess competitive and best-in-class marketing and loyalty examples (within and outside financial services), highlighting implications for TD
Assist with ad-hoc analysis, briefing materials, and stakeholder presentations as needed
Support the evolution of customer communications and engagement approaches beyond traditional channels
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with an undergraduate degree or diploma in Business/Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Psychology, or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from information and data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership through school, work, or community involvement
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working with ambiguity and eager to learn
Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 4th – August 21st, 2026.
