Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to support an exciting project within the Corporate Communications Division, as we embark on a journey to elevate our HKEX websites.Job Duties:
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting content development as we seek to revamp our three main public-facing websites - HKEX Group, HKEX Markets and HKEX News.
Job responsibilities:
Writing and proof-reading educational and informative content for the Group’s websites
Project managing the audit and review of all multi-media content for the Group’s websites
Business partnering the different teams across the business to help them to determine which content needs to be kept, removed or re-purposed.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and align priorities
Review content data and traffic to ensure decision making is data-based
Drive collaboration across all parts of the business and with our multiple vendors to ensure alignment and timely content delivery
Work with our in-house content, translation and social media teams to ensure our digital content is connected and accessible
Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Job Requirements:
Experience in working in financial markets, journalism or multinational desirable
Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders
Broader experience and understanding of technology, economics, global current affairs, capital markets, or data would be advantageous
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in communications. Some international experience, as well as part of this in-house, would be advantageous.
Good project management skills and experience in working with multiple stakeholders
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)-related initiatives is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus.
