THE OPPORTUNITY

Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank, is continuing its rapid expansion across Europe. We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Operations Associate to join our team in London and play a key role in executing our operational marketing processes, including email campaign deployment, reporting, and platform support.

Based in our London office, this role reports to the Associate VP, Marketing Operations, and will work closely with colleagues across our global platform.

YOUR IMPACT AND ROLE

As a key figure in our marketing function, you will make a significant impact on the overall marketing efforts. Your core day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Campaign Management: Execute email marketing campaigns and manage deployment workflows with accuracy and precision
  • Pardot Administration: Administer and maintain the Marketing Cloud/Pardot environment, ensuring data accuracy, stability, and user support.
  • Automation: Create and manage automation rules, engagement studio programs, dynamic lists, and segmentation rules.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop marketing reports and maintain dashboards to track and analyse campaign activity and success. With this data, the candidate should be able to provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations based on marketing analytics
  • LinkedIn Support: Assist with management of the firm’s LinkedIn presence, including corporate page content and support for banker personal posts.
  • Support the execution of the firm’s M&A content program by facilitating project timelines, coordinating with banking teams and marketing colleagues, and ensuring content initiatives move efficiently from concept through distribution.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based Co-Head of Marketing Operations to scale and optimize platforms
  • Assist in the external and internal email execution of newsletters, events, and special projects across cross-departmental Marketing colleagues

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled marketing operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be:

  • A Marketing Technology Specialist: You bring 5–7 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM environments. Pardot certification is a plus, and you have a strong understanding of marketing automation and campaign execution within a CRM-driven ecosystem.
  • An Analytical Thinker: You have experience developing marketing reports, campaign analytics, and data visualizations that help inform marketing strategy and performance measurement.
  • An Agile Project Manager: You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • A Proactive Self-Starter: You have a demonstrated ability to self-manage and operate independently across global teams and time zones, maintaining momentum on projects without requiring constant direction.
  • A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with marketing colleagues, bankers, and cross-functional stakeholders across the firm.
  • A Detail-Oriented Operator: You have exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring that marketing data, reporting, and campaign executions are consistently high quality.
  • A Data-Savvy Professional: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel capabilities such as pivot tables and complex reporting. You are comfortable producing high-quality written communications, including working on project management platforms such as Monday.com.
