We are looking for an Integrated Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will help translate EBANX’s brand strategy into compelling, cohesive marketing initiatives across channels — ensuring that campaigns, launches, and content consistently reinforce our global positioning.
You will work closely with teams across Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Events to bring campaigns to life — shaping creative briefs, strengthening storytelling, and ensuring that every marketing touchpoint reflects EBANX’s brand standards and narrative.
While strong organizational skills are important, this role is fundamentally about brand thinking, marketing integration, and storytelling excellence.
You will be responsible for:
Brand Guardianship, Creative Direction & Storytelling
- Act as a brand guardian and advocate, ensuring that marketing materials consistently reflect EBANX’s visual identity, narrative direction, and creative standards.
- Help translate EBANX’s brand positioning into clear and compelling marketing narratives, and strategic inputs into clear, inspiring creative briefs for internal teams and external partners.
- Review creative materials across multiple formats — including campaign assets, presentations, videos, and event materials — providing thoughtful feedback to ensure strong storytelling, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and creative vendors to ensure deliverables meet EBANX’s creative and narrative standards.
- Organize and maintain brand assets, references, and creative libraries to support ongoing brand excellence across the organization.
Integrated 360 Marketing Planning and Content Support
- Serve as a connective point from our internal “creative house” across teams, helping ensure information flows clearly and marketing initiatives remain aligned.
- Ensure campaign messaging and creative direction remain consistent across all touchpoints, working with PR, social media, content, paid media, and events team to strengthen EBANX’s global narrative.
- Maintain visibility into key marketing initiatives by supporting the management of the global marketing 360° calendar, consolidating campaigns, launches, brand initiatives, and events across teams to reinforce integrated execution.
- Support the creation of scripts, narratives, and messaging for videos, events, and employer branding projects.
- Review materials for clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and key campaign messages.
Main requirements for this position:
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing storytelling, and integrated campaign execution.
- A strong sense of visual identity, brand tone, and creative aesthetics.
- Ability to transform abstract ideas into structured briefs, narratives, or marketing concepts
- Experience reviewing creative materials and providing clear, constructive brand feedback.
- Advanced English proficiency, as you will collaborate with global stakeholders across teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency across marketing assets, narratives, and deliverables.
- Collaborative mindset and ease in working cross-functionally with PMM, Brand, Growth, Comms, and Events.
What else would we like to see?
- Previous experience supporting B2B marketing or product launch cycles. A bonus if you've already done it at a fintech or payments company.
- Familiarity with global campaign planning and 360 cross channel marketing alignment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats.
- Experience with creative workflows, asset management tools, and project management platforms (Monday, Asana, Figma, etc.).
