Salary Range: $65000 - $80000 Per Year

Job Summary: This position is located at Fort Campbell, KY, MWR Support Services Division, Marketing. This position is eligible for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual. Major Duties:

  • Formulates and implements marketing policy and procedure for MWR programs. Recommends priorities, develops plans and directs the execution of market research, analysis and assessment.
  • Develops long and short-range marketing operation plans. Evaluates effectiveness through attainment of goals and analysis of business trends and market share.
  • Develops sales, promotional and merchandising strategies, brochures and pamphlets. Identifies and analyzes customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Directs subordinate staff in assisting managers market and promote their programs. This includes advertising, event marketing, sales campaigns, sales promotions, radio and television production graphic art design, and development of MWR publications.
  • Assists program managers develop internal customer service training programs. Performs other duties as assigned.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. OR Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Minimum of three (3) years leadership/supervisory experience in a Marketing/Publicity environment Experience in the creation of trending video shorts/reels Minimum of three (3) years of public presentation experience **Applicants that meet the highly preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
