LexisNexis® Risk Solutions

Marketing Manager

Colombia Full time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our LATAM Marketing team and lead marketing initiatives across Colombia, one of our key growth markets. This role plays a critical part in driving awareness, demand, and long‑term customer engagement for our solutions across Spanish‑speaking South America.

This is a senior individual contributor position, ideal for a marketer who thrives in autonomy, enjoys owning strategy and execution end‑to‑end, and wants to make a visible, measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You will be responsible for initiating and executing fully integrated, innovative marketing programs that support a high‑growth, advanced analytics and data technology business—promoting solutions with a mandate that truly matters.

Working closely with Sales, Market Planning, and Consulting teams, you will own marketing initiatives that directly support business growth in the region. You will be part of a dynamic, high‑performing marketing team that values creativity, strategic thinking, and results, while operating in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The Marketing Manager will manage a broad range of marketing activities, including lead generation, content development and promotion, go‑to‑market initiatives, event experiences, and marketing communications. This role operates in a matrixed environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned solutions.

The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, LATAM, within the Business Services Marketing Division.

  • Plan and coordinate event experiences (trade shows, user conferences, customer meetings, and webinars), including logistics, vendor negotiations, communications, and activation.
  • Oversee creative development of marketing materials and coordinate promotional activities with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams on go‑to‑market initiatives, including product launches, messaging, materials, and promotional plans.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional Sales, Market Planning, and Corporate Marketing teams.
  • Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with Analytics teams to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Support additional initiatives as needed, including marketing deliverables for acquisitions, integrations, and product migrations.

Requirements
