Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Marketing Manager – Key Segments, EMEAI Region for our Key Segments across Footwear for the EMEAI region and for ACE and Insulation with a key focus on the India market. The role is a blend of strategic and operational marketing. Working closely with R&D, Sales, Sustainability and Business Development teams you’ll help launch cutting-edge polyurethane products and strengthen our competitive edge within the industry and beyond. The incumbent will be part of the India Management Team for the Polyurethanes division. The role would be part of the EMEAI region, the role being hybrid and posted in Mumbai (India), close to the regional polyurethane teams.

This position will be based in Mumbai, India.

As a Marketing Manager – Key Segments, EMEAI Region you will: 

Lead marketing activities across all our key segments, ensuring a strong and impactful presence across relevant channels and touchpoints

Lead Key account management and new business development exploring new market opportunities of high impact.

Be the lead for Composite wood products segment across the EMEAI region, assist in developing Huntsman’s first MDI-based MDF opportunity in India with Green panel, representing a great local opportunity. Coordinate with the Europe CWP team and India commercial team to align the introduction roadmap and trials.

Partner with the Global Elastomers team and local commercial teams to advance a significant new opportunity for India’s first TPU extrusion line for automotive PPF

Lead Develop and execute market segment strategy, driving growth, differentiation, and alignment with corporate objectives

Hold Technology partnership discussions with major customers to advance Huntsman brand image and technology leadership in chosen market. Develop joint opportunity funnel to work collaboratively

Identify new markets that deliver disruptive polyurethane solutions and accelerate commercialization of new technologies

Set up and track innovation governance for new projects and ensure that team is focused on the right set of projects

Manage and prioritize the project pipeline for all key segment within EAMEI, deliver updates to the project governance board

Interpret market analytics and forecasting to provide actionable insights on segment trends, demand drivers, and competitive positioning

Monitor and interpret legislative, technological, and commercial developments and assess their impact on business strategy and product portfolio

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain) to influence decision-making and guide strategic priorities

Maintain and expand a robust industry network, fostering relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and key stakeholders

Represent the company at major industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced candidates who are strategic marketing professionals with strong B2B expertise.

Proven experience in B2B marketing and exposure to high impact projects within the industrial sector

Specialty Chemical industry background - preferably gained in global mid  to large scale corporations, respectively chemical industry background,

Successful track record in leading innovation / R&D projects and initiatives

Educational background in marketing, business administration, economics, or related fields; alternatively in chemistry or related disciplines

Success-oriented, proactive approach

Ability to quickly build confidence and strong relationships 

Dynamic personality: extrovert, energetic, open, communicative
