MARKETING MANAGER – FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager - Fundraising Campaigns
Department: Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement
Location: Stratford, London w/ high-flex (1 – 2 days per week in the office)
Employment type: Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week (we are open to compressed hours in this role)

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our Fundraising Campaigns team. In this role, you'll help shape and deliver the marketing strategy for some of our most exciting fundraising products — including Social Fundraising Challenges, Stand Up To Cancer, and DIY fundraising. You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that inspire supporters, grow participation, and drive meaningful impact.
What will I be doing?
Define key audiences and develop compelling propositions that spark action
Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of multi-channel campaigns that exceed KPIs
Oversee content and creative development, ensuring everything reflects our brand and inspires supporters
Motivate and guide Executives, while matrix‑managing Digital Marketing & Delivery specialists
Work closely with teams across Audience & Product Marketing to build seamless supporter journeys
Collaborate with data and digital experts to deepen engagement and continuously improve our communications
Champion a culture of testing, optimisation, and insight-driven decision making
Partner with Insight and Marketing Performance teams to strengthen strategy and shape future plans
What skills are we looking for?
Strong experience turning marketing strategy into actionable multi-channel plans
A proven track record delivering high-performing paid and integrated campaigns
A deep understanding of supporter journeys and cross-channel engagement
Experience managing agencies and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
Proven line management and matrix management experience.
A data-driven mindset, with solid knowledge of UX principles and campaign optimisation
Experience creating powerful campaign assets across a range of channels
Excellent project management, with a focus on resource and risk management
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
