We are seeking a passionate and strategic SASE Marketing Leader, APAC & Japan, to drive adoption of Cloudflare One, our market-leading SASE platform. This role is part strategist, part campaign manager and 100% pipeline driver, responsible for collaborating and creating compelling, insight-driven programs that engage CIO-led IT, network, and infrastructure decision makers plus security teams across the region. You will partner closely with the Global Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams to craft narratives, campaigns, and joint-go-to-market initiatives that convert awareness into measurable revenue.

What the Job Involves

Enterprise Buyer & Customer Insight
Deeply understand the care-abouts of CIOs, networking leaders, and CISOs — from visibility and compliance to performance and ROI. Develop campaigns, content, and messaging that speak to their challenges and aspirations, demonstrating Cloudflare’s unique ability to unify and simplify enterprise security and connectivity.

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and execute full-funnel campaigns in all target markets targeting priority industries, segments, and strategic accounts. Collaborate with regional field marketing and sales to activate multi-channel programs that drive engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and expand customer adoption of Cloudflare One.

Partner & Channel Marketing
Work with technology alliances, MSSPs, distributors, and GSIs to build and scale co-marketing initiatives that create joint pipeline and amplify Cloudflare’s presence in the market. Enable partners with content, campaigns, and tools that position Cloudflare One as a growth engine in their portfolios.

Pipeline, Measurement & Optimisation
Track, analyse, and optimize performance across the funnel using Salesforce, Tableau, and DemandBase. Partner with sales leadership to align marketing contributions to regional pipeline goals and continuously refine strategy based on data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Operate as a trusted partner to sales, PMM, and channel teams. Champion alignment across global and regional stakeholders to deliver programs that hit (and exceed) shared pipeline and revenue targets.

Regional SASE Thought Leadership
Be the regional champion for Cloudflare One for sales leaders, partners and customers and our connectivity cloud, translating complex networking and security concepts into clear business value. Ensure Cloudflare is represented at industry events, partner summits, and C-level engagements. Position Cloudflare as the trusted platform of choice for connecting and protecting the modern enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the regional marketing strategy for Cloudflare One (SASE & Workspace Security) across APAC & Japan.
  • Create compelling, customer-centric content and campaigns tailored to enterprise security and networking buyers.
  • Drive field-ready marketing programs that accelerate pipeline for target accounts and verticals.
  • Develop and manage joint go-to-market programs with key partners (tech alliances, MSSPs, GSIs).
  • Act as a thought leader, content creator, and internal advocate for Cloudflare’s connectivity cloud vision.
  • Measure, report, and optimise marketing contribution to pipeline, bookings, and influenced revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on messaging, enablement, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape across cybersecurity, SASE, and networking vendors — and continuously position Cloudflare as the innovation and growth leader.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure industries.
  • Proven experience with or exposure to major SASE, email security, and Zero Trust vendors in the cybersecurity and networking industry
  • Deep understanding of the CISO and networking buyer journey, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Skilled at developing compelling content and campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Experienced in partner marketing, with a track record of driving measurable pipeline through technology and channel alliances.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset — comfortable managing metrics, attribution, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Customer-obsessed, data-driven, and motivated by measurable impact.
  • A self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
