Position Summary


You will lead marketing strategy and execution for a key therapeutic area in Portugal. You will work across teams including commercial, medical affairs, market access and insights. We value curious thinkers who use data, listen to customers, and act with integrity. Responsibilities


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and deliver clear marketing plans that meet business goals and fit local healthcare needs.
- Lead cross‑functional projects with commercial, medical affairs, market access and external partners.
- Translate customer and market insights into practical campaigns, tools and field materials.
- Manage budgets, measure performance and optimise investments for best return.
- Mentor and support team members and external agencies to ensure high quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards in all marketing activities.

Basic Qualification


We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:


- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Proven ability to work across functions and lead projects to delivery.
- Good analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions.
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

Preferred Qualification


If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:


- Master’s degree in business, marketing or a relevant clinical discipline.
- Experience working with market access or health system stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing, customer engagement platforms or omnichannel campaigns.
- Previous line management or team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with Portuguese healthcare systems and stakeholders.
- Experience using customer insight or patient journey mapping to design solutions.
