The Opportunity
As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in connecting Brightflag’s product capabilities with customer needs and market opportunities.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute programs to support awareness and adoption of enhancements across Brightflag’s core e-billing platform. Additionally, you will support product launches and go-to-market plans that drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who is execution-oriented, with strong project management skills and a passion for telling compelling product stories.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the planning and execution of on-going product enhancement programming related to the core e-billing offering to drive adoption and utilization
- Partner closely with Product to translate features into clear customer value propositions
- Perform competitor analysis to further differentiate Brightfag’s offerings
- Support go-to-market activities related to new product launches
- Develop and execute campaigns to engage the existing customer base, driving upsells, cross-sells, and expansions
- Run targeted email programs to the prospect database to fuel demo requests and pipeline generation for Brightflag’s ELM platform
- Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including one-sheeters and competitive materials
- Ensure Sales and Customer Success teams are equipped with clear, compelling messaging and assets to support the sales cycle
- Own product-related website updates, ensuring messaging is clear, current, and conversion-focused
- Manage the development of customer case studies in partnership with Customer Success and Marketing
- Act as a strong project manager, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across teams
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on priorities and execution
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role, you need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager at a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and new product launches
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Proven experience translating product features into clear customer value propositions and messaging
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning
- Strong experience developing and executing customer marketing and email campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, expansion opportunities, and pipeline generation.
- Experience creating high-quality sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and competitive battlecards
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop compelling customer case studies and marketing assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Experience in legal tech or selling to legal teams
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, research, content creation, or campaign execution
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
