We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented contributor to join Appnovation’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team — the group behind our global sales pitches, proposals, marketing materials, and sales enablement efforts.
In this hybrid design and sales-enablement role, you’ll help elevate the visual storytelling behind our client presentations and sales materials. From refining Google Slides decks to maintaining design assets and supporting proposal development, you’ll play an important role in helping our GTM team present ideas clearly, creatively, and professionally.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams, gaining exposure to how we position our services, pursue opportunities, and bring deals to life. Along the way, you’ll build a strong understanding of our case studies, value messaging, and sales assets while helping maintain the materials and systems that support our pipeline.
Beyond design, this role also includes operational support across the GTM function — helping manage assets, supporting CRM updates, organizing sales materials, and assisting with the processes that keep our GTM team running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative work with hands-on execution and is curious about how design, storytelling, and sales come together in a consulting environment.
This is a co-op opportunity running through December 2026.
Support the development of client proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials
Elevate the visual quality and storytelling of sales presentations in Google Slides
Help develop and maintain case studies and sales assets used across GTM initiatives
Maintain and organize design assets, visual libraries, and content repositories (including Figma)
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to translate ideas and data into clear, compelling visual stories
Edit and adapt materials to match specific client opportunities and audience needs
Assist with CRM updates, asset organization, and GTM operational processes
Support internal teams in ensuring materials accurately reflect our services and solutions
Contribute to improving design workflows and processes across GTM initiatives
Jump in on ad hoc projects and initiatives as our business evolves
A strong mix of the following will make you an excellent candidate:
Currently pursuing a co-op term as part of your school’s program, or looking to complete an internship independently
Strong interest in the intersection of business, technology, and creative storytelling
Experience with creative platforms such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Meet
Comfort organizing information, searching for resources, and managing digital assets
Strong design instincts and experience creating presentation materials in Google Slides
A sharp eye for visual hierarchy, layout, and storytelling
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing polished, high-quality work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
A proactive and collaborative mindset when working across teams
Interest in how design supports sales, strategy, and consulting work
Comfort learning and supporting operational tasks such as CRM updates, asset management, and process workflows
Curiosity about how AI and new tools can improve creative and operational efficiency
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
Experience creating client-facing presentations or marketing materials
