Dyson

Marketing Graduate

United Kingdom - Malmesbury Office Full time

About us

Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. We transform every category we enter with radical reinvention and pioneering innovation – from haircare and vacuums to air treatment and wearable technology.

We’re growing fast, and our ambition is bold – more categories, more markets, more people, and more problem-solving. Our culture is unique: fast-paced, empowered, and constantly evolving. Dyson people are change-makers and risk-takers, passionate about delivering excellence and challenging the status quo.

Our commercial strategies should launch our pioneering technologies and explain why they are better as simply and clearly as possible. We create customer and owner experiences that are authentic and uniquely Dyson.

This role covers all categories and will be based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire five days a week. It will be part of the GB&I cluster, which includes Great Britain and Ireland.

About the role

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels including new product launches, brand campaigns and promotional campaigns. Ensuring flawless execution across all consumer touchpoints (both online and instore).

  • Ensure all marketing communication messages resonate with our target consumer. Proactively proposing new ideas and messaging to improve engagement and relevancy.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis reviewing the overall performance of different campaigns across different channels and touchpoints, identifying what performed well and what could be improved for future activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across e-commerce, sales, media, PR, CRM, supply chain, finance, legal and with our global and central teams to manage the day-to-day marketing responsibilities and launch and optimise campaigns.

  • Always act as the business champion for our categories, to ensure everyone is clear on the category vision, jobs to be done and activation plans.

  • Manage the Brand Building Investment (BBI) budget – ensuring an optimal ROI and that all Purchase Orders (POs) are raised and goods receipted in a timely manner.
