Marketing Generalist

Location: Royersford, PA

Position Summary:

The Marketing Generalist develops and delivers content and communications that support Proconex and its affiliated brands. This role owns key internal communication channels, supports sales enablement content, and coordinates cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution. 

 Responsibilities

  • Own and produce “The Pulse” quarterly newsletter (4x/year) and support broader internal content needs (primarily Proconex).
  • Maintain internal communications channels, including TV screens and SharePoint intranet messaging/announcements.
  • Support internal campaigns and communications materials (ESOP, IT, Safety, announcements) including emails, flyers, and PowerPoints.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content: quarterly case studies, PowerPoint presentations/templates, product descriptions, datasheets, testimonials, and related collateral.
  • Create social media content for all brands and coordinate internal review and posting.
  • Coordinate external vendors as needed for content, design, printing, and production.
  • Support event and customer training promotion and materials (DeltaV courses, Lunch & Learns, registration pages, follow-up, and on-site messaging).
  • Provide marketing administrative support across brands, including distributing customer surveys and summarizing results, and coordinating business card design/printing.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience preferred, with strong writing and communication skills.
