Marketing Director Adult Immunization

You will lead marketing for adult immunization in Italy. You will design and deliver patient- and provider-focused strategies. You will work across country, regional and global teams to shape launch and growth plans. We value clear thinking, collaborative leadership, and a bias for action. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead development and execution of the national marketing strategy for adult immunization, aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Work closely with medical, market access, sales, insights and regulatory teams to create practical, compliant plans.
- Translate customer and patient insights into segmented HCP and adult population engagement plans across channels.
- Plan and manage launch readiness activities, including local implementation, training needs and measurement of outcomes.
- Define and track key performance indicators and deliver regular, clear performance updates to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, agency partners and a small team or matrix contributors to deliver high-quality campaigns and activation.
• Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, omnichannel and field activities, tailored to HCPs and other key audiences
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Define sales forecasts and demand plans in partnership with Finance and Supply
• Ensure compliance with promotional review processes and regulatory requirements
• Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication and continuous improvement across teams.

Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, public health or related field.
- Significant commercial marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or related healthcare sectors.
- Experience working in Italy or with Italian healthcare systems and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing HCP and adult population engagement plans across field and digital channels.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, market access and sales teams.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable commercial results.
People management experience or proven leadership in a matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH or equivalent.
- Prior experience in vaccines or adult immunization marketing.
- Experience leading launches or major brand growth initiatives.

Location and Working Model
This role is based in Verona, Italy. The position is hybrid, with regular in-person collaboration expected. Travel across Italy and occasional regional travel may be required.
