Marketing & Digital Content Specialist

As our Marketing & Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing visual content that supports marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely within your business unit and with cross-divisional marketing teams to develop and refine B2B content for websites, tradeshows, collateral, and email campaigns, ensuring that they align with brand vision and guidelines. You will be responsible for understanding the competitive landscape in multiple markets and executing plans and activities based on researched information.

Location: Chanhassen, MN

Salary: $68,000 to $80,000

Your Challenge

  • Produce a wide range of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and other 3D/4D creation tools.

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Coordinates with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with the company's brand strategy and are delivered on time.

  • Manage relationships within the larger global company and external sources relating to design issues, production quality and timelines.

  • Plans and coordinates marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, product demonstrations, promotional activities, and customer communications, including booth logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up engagement plans.

  • Monitors key performance indicators for marketing initiatives and provides regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics. Recommends enhancements based on performance data and evolving market dynamics.

  • Works closely with the sales, product management, and communications teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with broader business goals and customer needs.

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.

  • 3+ years' experience in B-to-B marketing and digital marketing design.

  • Knowledge of industry relevant multimedia software. Needs Adobe Certification and should be proficient in producing high-end renderings using one more of the following tools: Keyshot, Blender, Solidworks, or other comparable tools.

  • Strong content creation skills in a variety of mediums including website, email marketing, collateral and media.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (social media, email marketing, and content management systems).

  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into actionable plans and execute with autonomy and accountability.

  • Understands market dynamics and applies industry-specific knowledge to drive relevance and differentiation in campaigns.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Must be a US Person.
