We’re looking for a Marketing CRM Automation Specialist to join Customer Development - a team that plays a critical role in delivering personalised, data-driven communications that truly connect with our customers.

As Marketing CRM Automation Specialist, you’ll not only contribute to the success of marketing initiatives but will also enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring that every communication is impactful and aligned with our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do  

  • Execute the design, build, testing and delivery of marketing and compliance communications (email and SMS) to ING customers using the newly implemented Customer Engagement Platform (Marigold Engage+) and related tools
  • Develop and optimise templates and reusable components to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders, Marketing Experts and Target Marketing Analysts to ensure fast delivery of campaigns and contribute to better business outcomes
  • Act as the quality guardian for all communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, automation, and quality.
  • Advise on best practices and support adoption of newly introduced marketing technology
     

What we’re looking for
 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Customer Engagement platforms (e.g. Marigold, SFMC, Adobe, Braze, Pardot, or Marketo), including template design and build
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Excellent problem-solving, lateral thinking, and interpretive skills
  • Proficiency in efficient project planning and execution for deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Capable of self-management and taking initiative
