What is the focus of the role
The Digital Content COE is a next generation content engine that has been built for scale, speed, automation and personalisation. As the Content Strategy Senior Specialist within the Content Strategy and Performance team, you are responsible for designing and activating scalable, omnichannel content strategies that drive measurable business growth, relevance and high-quality customer experiences.
You’re skilled at translating business and customer goals into performance driven content strategies, and can translate business priorities into structured, reusable content systems that perform across web, app, loyalty, CRM, push, search and emerging digital environments. Working in close partnership with Digital, Marketing, Segment and Product teams, you will have a deep understanding of content marketing, digital content, customer experience.
You will provide clear strategic direction to a diverse team, ensuring content aligns to customer needs, commercial objectives and governance frameworks.
About the role
As a Content Strategy Senior Specialist, you are passionate about activating content experiences that connect with customers and deliver measurable impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with stakeholders across the business to bring content strategies to life.
You ensure content is strategically structured, orchestrated and optimised across journeys, channels and platforms. You combine content marketing expertise with commercial insights and systems thinking, to enable measurable growth outcomes.
You shape how content is delivered, designing frameworks, activation plans, performance models and governance structures that enable consistent, scalable and AI-enabled content experiences at scale. You position content as a strategic growth engine across digital ecosystems, ensuring technical feasibility and world-class customer experience.
