Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and executing integrated marketing initiatives across multiple Wasatch entities. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a driven, creative, and proactive marketing professional with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
This individual will coordinate marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, manage email marketing initiatives, social media management, support AI-driven marketing tools, and ensure consistent brand execution across digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Assist in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and properties
Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop and execute email campaigns across multiple audiences
- Segment audiences and support CRM-based targeting strategies
- Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and recommend improvements
- Support automation workflows and lifecycle marketing initiatives
AI & Marketing Technology
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of AI-driven marketing tools
- Support data analysis and marketing performance dashboards
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Stay current on emerging AI and marketing automation trends
Content Development (Creative + Copy)
- Write compelling marketing copy for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials
- Support creative asset development in collaboration with designers and vendors
- Assist with video, social, and storytelling content initiatives
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all Wasatch platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams across Development, Capital, Management, Venture, and Manufacturing
- Communicate clearly and professionally in meetings and digital platforms
- Coordinate with property teams and leadership to ensure marketing alignment
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and communication
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Working knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation platforms
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and brand voice
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and reporting
- Creative experience in branding
