Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and executing integrated marketing initiatives across multiple Wasatch entities. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a driven, creative, and proactive marketing professional with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

This individual will coordinate marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, manage email marketing initiatives, social media management, support AI-driven marketing tools, and ensure consistent brand execution across digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Assist in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and properties

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Develop and execute email campaigns across multiple audiences
  • Segment audiences and support CRM-based targeting strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and recommend improvements
  • Support automation workflows and lifecycle marketing initiatives

AI & Marketing Technology

  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of AI-driven marketing tools
  • Support data analysis and marketing performance dashboards
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
  • Stay current on emerging AI and marketing automation trends

Content Development (Creative + Copy)

  • Write compelling marketing copy for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials
  • Support creative asset development in collaboration with designers and vendors
  • Assist with video, social, and storytelling content initiatives
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all Wasatch platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams across Development, Capital, Management, Venture, and Manufacturing
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in meetings and digital platforms
  • Coordinate with property teams and leadership to ensure marketing alignment
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and communication

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and brand voice
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and reporting
  • Creative experience in branding
