Customer Relations Representative, Central Asia

We are looking for a Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to act as the vital link between our strategic customers and our internal operations. This is a mission-critical role where you’ll translate customer demand, insights, and feedback into actionable operational plans ensuring seamless coordination, supply reliability, and service excellence.
This is not a sales-target-driven role. This is about operational alignment, customer partnership, and execution excellence.
As a CRR, you will serve as the primary point of contact between FLS and designated customers, ensuring expectations are clearly understood, internally aligned, and consistently delivered.
You will operate at a tactical level, coordinating across Sales, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Repairs, Field Services, and Supply Chain to ensure customer requirements are translated into measurable performance outcomes.
You will act as the “glue” between customer expectations and internal operations.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers
Provide pre- and post-sale customer support via phone, email, chat, and site visits
Coordinate order management, resolve delivery issues, and manage claims
Follow up on service contracts and ensure SLA adherence
Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing demand trends, stock levels, and parts consumption
Align contractual agreements (FPA’s, Consignment, Stocking Agreements) with operational planning
Monitor daily KPIs and SLAs to ensure high service reliability
Identify service gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Keep CRM updated and collaborate across stakeholders
Act as a go-to resource for colleagues needing guidance
Promote a strong culture of personal and team safety
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years’ experience in a B2B operational, customer support, or supply chain role
Experience in mining, heavy industry, or industrial environments preferred
Strong analytical thinking and forecasting capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a structured environment
Fluent English
