With millions of diners, 60,000+ restaurant partners and 25+ years of experience, OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion.
Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.
Role Overview
This is a highly executional role designed to be the "engine room" of our international B2B marketing efforts. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (International), you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution. Your focus will be on managing the end-to-end localisation process, coordinating creative workflows, and maintaining the technical health of our marketing systems.
While this is an execution-heavy role, we are looking for someone who can think critically—identifying missing pieces in a project brief, asking the right questions before starting a task, and proactively suggesting the best next steps to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
1. Localisation & Sales Enablement
End-to-End Project Management: Own the localisation workflow for sales collateral. This involves managing handovers from the centralised team, ensuring post-localisation formatting is perfect, and driving QA/approvals with Market Managers.
Asset Management: Maintain the sales portal to ensure all localised content is up-to-date, organised, and easily accessible for global sales teams.
2. Creative & GTM Execution
Launch Support: Oversee the technical localisation of creative assets for GTM strategies and product launches (e.g., product screens and visual content).
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate internal reviews and consolidate feedback to ensure all content is brand-compliant and market-ready before launch.
3. Digital Content & Email Operations
Email Marketing: Build email campaigns. You will be responsible for the technical setup of templates (ideally in Marketo or SendGrid) and ensuring tracking is correctly implemented.
CMS & Technical Tasks: Manage website updates via WordPress and build/edit landing pages to support regional campaigns.
4. Content & Asset Management
Testimonial Library: Proactively audit and expand our testimonial database, collaborating with Market Managers to source and align quotes with local market priorities.
Video & Social Management: Organise video assets, maintain the "source of truth" for international video content, and support Meta-related campaign tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Experience
Systems Savvy: A fast learner who is comfortable navigating various software. Experience with WordPress, Figma, Pendo, and Meta Business Suite is highly regarded.
Landing Page Construction: Proven ability to build and edit web pages within a content management system (CMS) environment.
Email Platform Experience: Hands-on experience building campaigns in Marketo and SendGrid is a significant plus.
Execution & Critical Thinking
Operational Proactivity: You don’t just "click buttons"—you review the brief, ask the right clarifying questions, and identify potential bottlenecks before they happen.
Meticulous Detail: You have an "eagle eye" for QA and formatting. You take pride in maintaining organised libraries and meeting tight deadlines.
Workflow Management: Experience managing complex, multi-market content workflows (video, design, and digital) in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Writing
Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive approvals across different time zones.
B2B Copy Editing: Strong writing skills with the ability to review and polish B2B content for local relevance and clarity.
Work Environment & Flexibility
At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations.
Inclusion
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
