The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating promotions, managing digital and in-store marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including weekly promotions, seasonal specials, and in-store events.
- Coordinate with vendors, creative teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Schedule key milestone meetings for campaign planning & content planning
- Support the development of marketing materials.
Promotions & In-Store Marketing:
- Coordinate in-store signage, displays, and promotional materials to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Work closely with local marketing coordinators to ensure alignment and execution.
- Compile campaign execution for communication to stores
Company Events and Meetings:
- Assist with marketing for company-wide meetings and events
Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain project schedules and communicates timelines to key stakeholders
- Create and maintains OneDrive folder structure for shared documents (to be accessed by internal and external partners) and ensures all documents related to a campaign are housed in an organized centralized location
- Actively monitor projects to keep statuses-up-to date for department-level reporting and is responsible for the accuracy of work completion within Monday.com
- Prepare documentation for and leads regular (weekly) project status meetings to ensure stakeholders are aware of and achieving key milestone, raising open questions and concerns.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred. An internship or one year of experience in Marketing is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- This position may require some traveling and overnight stays.
- Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
- Must be physically able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 10
pounds of force to move objects as well as perform sedentary work - Must be able to perform the following physical activities: kneeling, crouching, reaching,
handling, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions
The duties for this position are normally conducted in an office environment. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Standard office equipment including telephone, copier, fax, PC/Mac with word processing and spreadsheet software.
