The Marketing Coordinator, based in Boston, provides support for key marketing and sales enablement activities for our Investor Services business in the US working closely with the Marketing Managers, Global Marketing functions, and Product, Relationship Management, and Sales teams.

This individual will work with the Marketing Managers to support their marketing campaigns, serving as the primary project manager in support of successful execution of marketing tactics over the course of the year. This will involve keeping projects on track using our global project management platform, Monday.com. helping research ideas, support with messaging, materials, conferences and events, content/thought leadership, social and PR activities.

S/he should have a passion for B2B Marketing and financial services and an eagerness to be a part of a team who is responsible for driving brand awareness and market demand for the business. This individual should be an excellent communicator (verbal, written), and highly proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The role will be supported by central resources in the areas of marketing operations, creative design, social & digital marketing, public relations (PR) and content/thought leadership.

This is a global role with a primary focus on the US, offering excellent insights into the sales and relationship efforts of BBH, and strong possibilities for growth and development within the Marketing team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Product/ Segment marketing planning and execution

  • In partnership with Marketing Managers, research ideas for the marketing plans within allocated budgets.
  • Update and maintain marketing campaigns and plans in BBH’s project planning system, Monday.com. This includes creating briefing and publishing forms for our marketing channels and supporting the Marketing Managers to drive projects from inception to completion.
  • Suggesting ideas for ongoing repurposing of our content pieces to maintain market engagement and brand awareness
  • Support of campaign’s conference and event program including pre and post marketing promotion, working closely with the Events and Conferences team and the Marketing Operations team.
  • Updating sales/marketing collateral and tools for Sales, Relationship Managers and Product teams to educate clients and prospects about our capabilities.
  • Supporting the Marketing Managers in the development of product level internal and external messaging to arm client facing individuals with a common language and understanding.
  • Working together with the business teams to complete competitive analyses of products, services, collateral, & websites
  • Monitoring industry sales and client materials wherever possible to obtain and compare with BBH materials to suggest where we could improve.
  • Other special projects that support the team’s global marketing activities and objectives

Sales Enablement

  • Provide ongoing maintenance of sales presentations and other marketing collateral such as brochures, product sheets, etc, and help Marketing Managers ensure they are updated on Seismic.
  • Support the marketing managers where required, in pitch and deal teams for key client and prospects with Sales and Relationship Managers, helping to keep the project on track and supporting the creation of materials/videos to support the pitch.
  • Coordinate directly with Marketing Managers and subject matter experts, in the development of customized sales collateral.
  • Help create case studies in different formats (PDF one pagers, PPT infographics, videos) on our client successes to use as sales tools.

Compliance

  • Work with Global Marketing core areas and Compliance to ensure approval of all external marketing and sales materials and that all our marketing platforms are kept up to date.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BA or Equivalent
  • Up to 2 years relevant professional experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, trouble-shoot, and meet agreed deadlines
  • Highly proactive approach, with a strong sense of accountability for projects undertaken and driving them to a successful conclusion
  • Intellectual curiosity about Marketing and the asset servicing business which will help lead to idea generation
  • Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, and to thrive in a collaborative, global team.
  • Highly effective service and relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Salesforce, Seismic and Monday.com experience would be an advantage.
  • Foundational knowledge of the financial services/asset servicing industry is a plus.

   

Salary Range

$65,000.00-$90,000.00

BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
