The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our European team in Paris, France. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Europe, the successful candidate will work closely with the global marketing and regional sales teams to implement our marketing plans in France and the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for driven master students looking to gain hands-on experience in a global and ambitious company.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Email Marketing: Help us improve our lead nurturing activities by leading the design and implementation of our email marketing activity in Europe via our marketing automation tool Hubspot.
- Events: Assist with event planning and execution, including pre and post-event marketing activities, and logistics coordination (tradeshows, webinars, partner and owned events).
- SEO and Content Production: Produce new compelling content for our prospects and customers, manage the translation in French of existing articles to improve our SEO performance, and increase the website traffic of our target audiences.
- Website: Support the Management and update of our French and UK websites to ensure our value proposition is always on point, to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with our central team to improve the performance of our online advertising activities across multiple channels (Google Adwords, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Social Media: Manage our French social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling, to grow our online communities and help us build our brand awareness.
- Product Marketing: Conduct regular industry research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Analyze marketing KPIs and provide comprehensive reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Sourcing: Work on data scrapping & creation of database to reach new contacts Essential Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a marketing or digital marketing program (M1 or M2) - Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing (internship or work-study program) - You are a native French speaker and proficient in English with perfect writing and communication skills in both languages - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
