Your opportunity

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator at Mission Australia, you will be at the heart of delivering campaigns that inspire action and change lives.

From crafting compelling content and managing social media ads to coordinating email campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across every channel, your work will amplify our mission to build hope and possibility for all.

You will collaborate with passionate colleagues, support fundraising initiatives, and turn ideas into campaigns that make a difference. If you’re ready to use your marketing skills for good, this is your opportunity to make your work truly meaningful.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Execute marketing and communication plans that align with Mission Australia’s fundraising, brand, and content strategies.
  • Manage and deliver paid social media ad campaigns and schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Develop and coordinate supporter email campaigns, including monthly newsletters and EDMs, using CRM tools such as Dynamics 365.
  • Review and edit marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and create content using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Provide copywriting and editing support for marketing communications across email, websites, and other channels.
  • Review and triage marketing briefs and requests, ensuring clarity and accurate allocation through Service Now and project management tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and campaign success.

Requirements for success

  • 3+ years’ experience implementing marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Design skills with proficiency in Canva or similar tools for creating and editing marketing materials.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Capacity to work calmly under pressure and thrive on creative challenges.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
