Job Description:

The Product Marketing & Subscriber Strategy team builds DTC strategies and testing roadmaps that drive growth, engagement, and business results across subscription types. With a focus on optimizing fan experience across touchpoints, building loyal fans who understand the value proposition and stay subscribers. We understand the DTC business and effectively communicate and steer priorities through strategic and targeted marketing efforts.

The Marketing Automation & Messaging Senior Manager will be responsible for Braze journey building, focused on email, in-app, and other messaging channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, experience in the Braze platform and digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving CRM messaging goals and KPIs. This role reports to the VP Product Marketing. This role is based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert on building and finding new features for lifecycle messaging to deliver on goals and business needs
  • Build, test and deliver multi-channel messages at all stages to drive at subscriber and retention goals for our DTC business
  • Execute messaging optimization and best practice adoption in conjunction with teammates
  • Run split and multivariate texts, ensuring test protocols are administered to minimize bias
  • Lead and optimize messaging reporting and run ad hoc analysis to help inform long term DTC marketing strategy
  • Ability to work cross functionally across Product Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and other internal teams
  • Determine roadmap for automation for business needs to modernize existing tools and systems
  • Deep understanding of the Braze platform and bring ideas on how to drive innovation within the platform

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations or digital marketing, with a focus on working in CMS tolls for lifecycle messaging.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing messaging strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $121,000.00 to $162,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
