Marketing Associate Manager – BINUS Online Learning (West Java)

Marketing and Sales Management :
• Develop, implement and evaluate effective sales and marketing strategies with annual work plan

• Collaborate with marketing senior manager in the development of marketing plans to achieve corporate goals
• Provide strategic direction for marketing promotions, campaigns and events to ensure execution and implementation
• Contribute in the product development process to create competitive and marketable product
• Contribute in the corporate communication process to build good corporate image
• Work closely with Head of Program to ensure communication and education of marketing plans and related promotional strategies and events
• Monitor Customer Retention Program to achieve high customer satisfaction and high brand equity
• Monitor daily operation of the department. Ensure its effectiveness
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients for promotions, campaigns and events
• Lead promotional strategies and marketing campaigns development with implementation to support business objectives accomplishment
• Prioritize team initiatives and workload to assure optimal allocation of resources to best meet marketing target
• Assist marketing senior manager in managing customer acquisition program to achieve profitable number of customer in line with corporate planning and target
Admission Planning Implementation & Coordination:
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate overall admission activities
• Monitor coordination with head of admission regarding schedule adjustment and information that will be delivered to prospective customer
• Guarantee admission process guidelines compliance to valid guidelines
Marketing Evaluation & Research:
• Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence to conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Lead the evaluation performance of marketing activity which drives customer acquisition, retention and recommend improvement
• Analyze customer research review, current market conditions and competitor’s profile information
• Interpret data and draw conclusions related to the appropriate promotion strategies
• Evaluate ideas and provide direction to brand strategy supportive efforts
General Activities:
• Provide regular report to direct supervisor
• Monitor the overall operation and documentation process
• Suggest improvement process related to marketing, and promotion Activities
• Perform activities related to quality management system
• Perform additional tasks as required by direct supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in senior staff, or
• Minimum 6 years experiences in the related area
