Marketing Associate (Influencers & Brand Activations)

CASETiFY is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to join our Korea team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our influencer program and providing hands-on support for offline brand activations. You will act as a bridge between our KR and HK headquarters, ensuring high-quality content production, seamless product seeding, and impactful event execution.

 

 

Job Description

  • Influencer Execution: Execute day-to-day influencer operations, including identifying new creators on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and managing the end-to-end seeding process.
  • Offline Activations: Support the planning and on-site coordination of offline marketing events, such as flagship store activations and pop-up launches, including vendor communication and logistics.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics like Reach, and Engagement, ROAS, providing weekly reports to optimize future strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture authentic, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies to ensure consistent brand advocacy.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of lifestyle and social media trends, identifying competitive insights and "viral" opportunities for the brand.
  • Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Global / HQ teams on global campaign localized execution and administrative tasks related to influencer contracts and shipping.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an influencer marketing role or at a PR agency. (Direct experience with consumer lifestyle/fashion brands is a plus).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) and familiar with social media analytics tools.
  • Cultural Fit: Deep passion for Gen-Z trends, tech accessories, and the local influencer landscape.
  • Language: Native Korean and business-level English (essential for communication with Hong Kong HQ).
  • Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure event environments and fast-paced campaign cycles.
