Position Summary:
The Athletics Department at Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Marketing Assistant - Volleyball/Mascot Program in Boca Raton, FL.
The Marketing Assistant supports marketing and promotional efforts for assigned athletic programs, serving as the primary marketing contact for Volleyball and providing secondary support for Men’s Basketball and Baseball. The position assists with game‑day experiences, fan engagement initiatives, and collaborative marketing projects across athletics units.
Summary of responsibilities:
Serve as the primary marketing contact for Volleyball.
Serve as the secondary marketing contact for Men’s Basketball and Baseball.
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans that increase attendance, fan engagement, and brand visibility.
Coordinate game presentation, promotions, and in-game fan experiences.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, promotional graphics coordination, and digital content creation.
Support and help coordinate the Mascot Program, including appearances, scheduling assistance, and promotional integration.
Assist with Football game day marketing responsibilities and fan engagement activations.
Work collaboratively with ticket sales, brand and creative, and communications.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required. Up to one year of experience with sports marketing, event execution, or fan engagement preferred.Salary:
