Mungo Homes has a new opening for a Marketing Coordinator!
This position is based out of the Raleigh, NC office and is primarily responsible for supporting marketing efforts across the North Central Region, including Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA.
This role requires collaboration with regional teams and may involve travel to these locations and other areas within the region as needed to ensure
successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)
· Responsibilities to be handled regionally – North Central Region (Raleigh & Richmond)
- Maintain Basecamp (internet-based project management tool).
- Create and manage flyers for New Home Advisors.
- Facilitate community events and help support New Home Advisor led marketing and event efforts,
as needed.
- Coordinate with signage vendors to ensure timely production and installation of signage for
communities, models, and events. Facilitate requests made by Sales leaders including off-site signs, model signage and directionals.
· Capture and create engaging content for secondary brand social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Responsibilities include planning and executing photo/video shoots, writing compelling captions,
and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent and authentic brand presence across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal team: Social Media Strategist and Digital Marketing Manager to source relevant materials and monitor performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
· Organize, manage and order inventory of promotional items, collateral, and paper stock.
· Assist Marketing Manager with essential marketing duties, as needed.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Building industry experience a plus.
