As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll help deliver clear, meaningful communications that support members through every stage of their benefits journey. You’ll support the creation, customization, and execution of member marketing communications for AdminAdvantage clients, ensuring members receive accurate, timely, and easy-to-understand information.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, coordinating details, and working across teams to ensure members receive accurate, timely, and easy-to-understand information.
Position Responsibilities:
Build and customize member marketing communications for AdminAdvantage clients, supporting: New client implementations, Annual enrolment and re-enrolment campaigns
Develop and customize member-facing communications, including: Emails and letters for members on leave , Apology and service recovery communications,Client-specific and member-friendly FAQs
Deploy templated email communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate translations in 200+ languages, working with internal and external partners to support diverse member populations.
Perform quality checks to ensure all communications are accurate, complete, and client-approved prior to distribution.
Track timelines, manage updates, and support documentation to ensure communications are delivered on schedule.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline communication templates and processes.
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Interest in member-focused marketing and communications, particularly in a regulated or professional services environment.
Experience with email communications, content development, or translation coordination is an asset but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and incorporate feedback.
Proficiency in Stensul and Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of Group Benefits or AdminAdvantage is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between
$43,875.00 CAD - $73,125.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
