What you will be doing:
Develop Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from large and diverse datasets across different European markets, driving strategic marketing decisions and commercial execution optimization.
Analyze Customer Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources using tools like SQL, Databricks, Python/R and specialized platforms (e.g. Oracle/Teradata, SAS, Excel) to identify trends, behaviours, and insights that drive the right pricing strategies
Design and Build Data Products: Lead the development and implementation of key strategic reporting solutions and dashboards to address EU-centric business needs, enabling business stakeholders to self-serve insights and monitor performance.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with business goals. Enable analysts to further work on data points and reach data-driven recommendations to support in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Drive the EU Pricing and Revenue Management analytics agenda where regional needs are unique: Combine marketing insight and technical execution to create practical data products that move pricing, revenue quality without waiting on global prioritization.
What do you bring with you - ideal candidate would demonstrate:
Hybrid Profile: Marketing analytics background and technical competence to build solutions independently when needed.
Advanced Data Analysis and Modelling: Proficiency in statistical analysis with hands-on experience in coding with Python, R, and/or SQL along with a good knowledge of Databricks is important.
Data Visualization & Reporting Tools: Knowledge and experience of tools like Power BI (preferred), Tableau or Spotfire for translating data into insights by building self-service dashboards and strategic reports.
Autonomy in Delivering EU-Specific Solutions: The ideal candidate must possess the capability to build, own, and deploy strategic reporting solutions and data products that meet localized EU/Regional business requirements.
Multi-Channel Data Integration: Expertise in integrating and analyzing data from various sources, including digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, large transactional databases, to create in depth intelligent views of customer cohorts.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including creating detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations.
