We are seeking an ambitious Marketing AI Specialist who can accelerate marketing performance through the practical application of AI. This function combines strategic insight with strong execution skills to deploy marketing AI tools, automate workflows, develop content, and optimize campaigns. This role will work closely with our Manager, Digital Channels to strengthen our AI presence and drive lead generation.

What will you do?

  • Translate high-level AI marketing strategies from innovation into actionable execution plans
  • Ideate, build, and optimize AI-assisted workflows for content development, campaign activation, segmentation, digital optimization, and customer engagement
  • Define important metrics for marketing initiatives powered by AI and track results such as content velocity, workflow efficiency, personalization outcomes, and campaign performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize digital channels to enhance visibility, engagement, and ROI
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital campaigns through experimentation, testing, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with market development, creative, and content teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns using AI-driven enhancements

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related major required.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of marketing experience with direct involvement in AI and digital marketing channel execution
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, AI-powered ad platforms, and digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
