Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate that can assist the (BRMs) broker relationship managers with their day-to-day tasks and broker outreach. The ideal person will also assist with administrative duties.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities: [The following reflects duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.  Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time for business reasons.]

  • Handle incoming calls for the business
  • Provide administrative support to our BRMs and staff
  • Monitor and support our social media
  • Monitor and update our website
  • Conduct basic research on agencies and brokers
  • Help team to build and grow broker count
  • Outbound calls to existing brokers & agencies
  • Ability to prioritize projects
  • Organize broker webinars

Qualifications: Minimum Job Requirements (Education & Experience Needed)

  • Degree preferred but is not required
  • Equivalent professional background and experience in an administrative or marketing support role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of the insurance industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
