Market Analyst, Intelligence & Digital Growth Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving business expansion across the region. This role bridges the gap between deep market analytics and actionable digital and non-digital marketing strategies focusing on leveraging competitive intelligence, macroeconomic indicators, and AI tools to develop and execute effective market campaigns, generate quality leads, and establish a dominant brand presence in the industrial gases market.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

  • Analyze market trends, macroeconomic indicators, market forecast and internal sales performance to support sales variance review, CPR market-related updates, market roadmap update, on-demand commercial strategies, market study, basin densification requests.

  • Maintain and drive the utilization of a competitive intelligence Business Intelligence (BI) platform to track industry forces, competitor activities, and substitute products.

  • Prepare EAP market intel reports and the Annual Market Share Survey for distribution to stakeholders at the Group, Cluster, and Local levels.

Lead Generation & Demand Capture

  • Deploy and manage an EAP standardized process for lead generation.

  • Keep in close contact with other cluster counterparts to exchange ways to continuously improve existing lead generation methods with effective use of AI generative tool.

  • Conduct routine lead generation activities to capture new investments announcement and communicate to local entities timely.

  • Lead and manage leads generation campaigns and request from local teams and partner with respective market managers for final delivery. 

  • Evaluate and manage 3rd party data providers and creative agencies to ensure high-quality lead pipelines and marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across the customer buying lifecycle (awareness, interest, evaluation, conversion, loyalty).

  • Oversee digital content creation via 3rd party support and lead user acquisition campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing efforts across paid and owned channels, maximizing ROI through SEO, SEM, EDMs, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Performance Management & Innovation

  • Establish performance metrics to track campaign success rates, operational efficiency, and overall market share growth.

  • Lead the use of AI tools and Answering Engine Optimization (AEO) methodologies to improve work efficiency in market intelligence gathering and lead generation workflows. 

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Data Science, ideally supplemented by professional certifications in competitive intelligence or data analysis.

  • At least 5 years of experience in competitive intelligence or market research, with a specific track record of developing effective product marketing strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in team management and cross-functional leadership, bolstered by a background in Sales or Marketing to drive organizational alignment.

  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of the relevant marketplace with the technical ability to analyze complex data sets and accurately predict emerging market trends.

  • Combines innovative problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal abilities to manage customer relationships and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
