Job Summary
The National Account Executive is a mortgage professional who increases and grows the company’s wholesale lending business by developing and maintaining relationships with qualified financial institutions including mortgage brokers, community banks and credit unions. They provide expert insight to help grow and develop their partners’ businesses.
Responsibilities
Engage relationships with third-party originators through phone calls, emails and appointments
Ensure high-quality service and issue resolution to satisfy and retain current partners
Manage a pipeline of partner relationships to increase revenue
Become a subject matter expert on our products, solutions and systems
Remain informed on industry trends and share insights with partners
Train new business partners on company-specific technology, processes, and products
Inform partners of pricing updates, new loan products and special offers
Assist partners by troubleshooting basic loan-level and/or systematic problems and refers more complex issues to more experienced team members
