Build applicants’ pool of officers and special positions and selected ratings positions.
• Set timetable and work on deadlines. Maintains a record as basis for monitoring and checking.
• Record keeping of all application forms including referrals of crew, office staff and walk – in applicants.
• Support in:
➢ identification of a required staff profile and formulation of the vacancy notice.
➢ outreach to suitable candidates.
➢ pre-screening of applications.
➢ interviewing candidates and assessment of required skills using customized assessment tools.
• Ensure applicants’ submission of complete requirements.
• Encode all necessary documents of applicants to be proposed to client/principal.
• Build-up and encoding of seafarer’s profile in Compas/CMS once accepted.
• Endorsement of seafarer’s documents to Crewing Section upon approval from counterpart.
• Performs other lawful orders of the Management.
