We are searching for a Manufacturing Test Technician responsible for performing routine and moderately complex assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and material handling while working limited supervision and supports production and development hardware requirements.

This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

What You Will Do

  • Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems using drawings, schematics, and process documentation

  • Perform functional and operational tests using standard electronic test equipment

  • Conduct calibrations, alignments, and adjustments to meet established specifications

  • Troubleshoot to the component or subsystem level under general supervision

  • Document results, defects, and data accurately; escalate trends or abnormalities

  • Support prototype or first-article builds under direction from higher-level technicians or engineering

  • Maintain equipment readiness and ensure calibration/compliance of tools used

  • Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activities

  • Safely lift, maneuver, and position materials or assemblies per weight-handling protocols; use hoists, cranes, or lift-assist devices as required

  • Work independently on moderately complex tasks; escalate unusual conditions

  • Other tasks based on business needs

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment (meters, scopes, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
